Who we are

MIREVA™ is the responsible party for personal information collected through this site.

POPIA queries can be sent to support@mireva.co.za and are handled during business hours.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
• Delivery details: physical address for shipping.
• Order details: items purchased, order history and correspondence.
• Technical data: device, browser and usage information collected through analytics.

We do not store card details. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider on their secure systems.

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order.
• To answer enquiries you send us.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send marketing communications, only where you have opted in.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate: our courier, our payment provider and our hosting provider. They may only process the information for the purpose we give them, and may not use it for their own purposes.
