Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

MIREVA™ currently delivers to physical addresses within South Africa only. We do not ship internationally at this stage.

Shipping cost

A flat shipping fee of R90 applies to each order. The shipping fee is shown in your order summary at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Delivery timeframe

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days. All timeframes stated in this policy are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it is provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

You can also email support@mireva.co.za with your order number and we will send a status update during business hours.

Delivery delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates in business days and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside MIREVA™'s control. If your order is delayed, contact support@mireva.co.za with your order number and we will assist.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with photographs of the parcel and the product so that we can investigate and resolve the matter in line with our refund & returns policy and South African consumer law.

Please keep the packaging until the matter is resolved, as it may need to be inspected.

Incorrect delivery details

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. If incorrect or incomplete details cause a failed delivery, a delay or an additional delivery attempt, the cost of redelivery may be for your account. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake — we will do what we reasonably can to correct it before the parcel leaves us. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
