The terms that apply when you use this website or buy from us.
1. About us

2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale comes into existence only once we confirm your order and payment has been received. We may decline an order, for example where stock is unavailable or where payment cannot be verified.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price accurately; where an obvious pricing error occurs we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Delivery
We deliver to physical addresses within South Africa only. A flat shipping fee of R90 applies to each order. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and are generally delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are business days and are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is otherwise subject to our shipping policy.
5. Cancellations and returns
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our refund & returns policy and by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.
6. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product images are illustrative. We make no medical claims about our products, and technical specifications are published only where they are supported by manufacturer documentation.
7. Warranty
Products are covered by our warranty policy in addition to the implied warranty of quality provided by the Consumer Protection Act.
8. Use of this website
The MIREVA™ name, logo, content and imagery on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available. To the extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from installation of the product otherwise than in accordance with the supplied instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Complaints should first be sent to support@mireva.co.za so that we can resolve them directly.
